Yes, other then the Emma Ave. Apartments we have a few other smaller single family homes and duplex units we rent. If interested to put your name on our waiting list please apply online.

Are your buildings in close proximity to any bus stops.

A.

Yes there is a bus stop one block away on the corner of pitt and emma and a train station within walking distance.

Can i put my name on a waiting list for the next available apartment.

Am I required to get tenant/rental insurance?

A.

Tenants are strongly encouraged to acquire tenant insurance because the landlord will not be responsible for tenant possessions in the case of an accident.

Is last months rent required?

A.

Yes it is standard operating proceedure at Coleman  Capital Partners to require first and last months rent upon signing a one year lease agreement.

Do you have to sign a one year lease?

Coleman Capital Partners does require our tenants to hold a one year lease agreement with us.

Do the Emma Ave apartments only have a communal entrance?

A.

No, all apartments at the Emma Ave location have two entrances. One is through the communal corridor and one entrance is directly from the exterior of the buildings.

How much does laundry cost at Emma Ave?

A.

A complete load of laundry at our communal laundry facilities o Emma Ave is $6, where the washer is $1.50 per load and the dryer cost $1.50 per load. Laundry cost is subject to change due to the rising cost of inflation.

Is there a security system?

Both building's on Emma Ave are secure buildings with a video surveillance system.

Is there parking available?

A.

All our properties provide ample parking for tenants.

Is smoking allowed inside any Coleman Capital Partners apartment buildings?

A.

Smoking is not permitted inside any Coleman Capital Partners Inc properties unless the tenant is protected by a grandfather clause.

Are utilities included?

A.

Gas heating and hot water are all included in the rent price. The tenant is responsible for paying for hydro and cable/internet services. This utility agreement is applicable only to the Emma Ave apartments, please inquire for details about other properties.
